California Executive Escrow Services, Inc. (CEE) was founded in 1986 and has been a prominent escrow company in the community to this present day. The Company is licensed by the DBO and is an independent escrow company NOT affiliated with any title company, mortgage company or brokerage company, which means we are a truly independent 3rd party in every transaction. Our company stands for the highest standards and principles for the escrow profession and real estate industry. Our employees are highly knowledgeable and have many years of experience in the escrow profession and continue to increase that knowledge relative to the present time. CEE has served its community over the years and is known for its care and concern for its clients in the midst of the stress of the real estate transactions that can be overwhelming.
